Church Campus — Full Lot & Markings
Georgia

Faded layout and failing surface, restored to a full marking plan — stalls, hatched loading aisles, fire lane, directional arrows, and compliant accessible stalls with access aisles.
Vernatec Asphalt is a family-owned contractor serving commercial, municipal, and institutional properties across Georgia and the Southeast. We keep pavement out of replacement for as long as it can be kept out of replacement — and we tell you plainly when it can't.
Every project below is our own crew's work, photographed on site. Same lot, same job — nothing staged, nothing borrowed from a stock library. This is the same proof we attach to a bid.

Faded layout and failing surface, restored to a full marking plan — stalls, hatched loading aisles, fire lane, directional arrows, and compliant accessible stalls with access aisles.

A partially built campus finished out: perimeter drive paved through, main lot completed, and the whole layout striped for congregation, staff, and accessible parking.

The first thing residents and prospective buyers see. Sealcoat and a fresh layout restored the entrance without touching the underlying pavement structure — the low-cost end of the maintenance menu.

Branching cracks were the real problem — every one of them a path for water into the base. Sealed first, then coated and restriped. Done in this order, the surface buys years instead of months.

Gravel drives to paved lanes between every building — less dust, easier loading, and a surface that stops washing out after a heavy rain.

A worn drive with no defined parking became compliant accessible stalls at the door — access aisle, symbol, and wheel stops set to the stall.

Public roadway repair on a county schedule: cut square, excavated, patched full depth, and reopened the same day.

From grading and full-depth paving down to the last accessible marking — one point of contact, one schedule, one company accountable for the result.
New lots and full-depth paving, built to grade and engineered to drain.
Mill to restore grade, then overlay and tie cleanly into existing surfaces.
Commercial-grade sealer that blocks UV and oxidation and buys you years.
Hot-pour sealing that stops water getting into the base, where damage compounds.
Layouts that maximize usable stalls and keep traffic moving the right way.
Accessible stalls, access aisles, ramps, and signage laid out to code.
Full-depth repairs that hold, keeping the lot safe and your liability down.
Surface prep before sealing, and a clean finish on walkways and storefronts.
Fix where the water goes, or the pavement you just paid for fails again.
We're set up for the properties where pavement is an operating decision, not a weekend project — where budgets get approved, boards ask questions, and the work has to be documented.
Multi-property programs with condition documentation your owners can approve from.
Entrances, amenity lots, and community roadways, phased to fit a reserve budget.
Work sequenced around residents so the lot never fully closes.
Scheduled around services, with accessible parking brought up to code.
Bus loops, car lines, and staff lots turned around inside the summer window.
Registered vendor, bid-ready documentation, and pricing built to be defended line by line.
Paving and markings subcontracted clean, on your schedule and your submittals.
Single stores or a whole regional group priced on one consistent schedule.
Truck courts and heavy-load drive lanes built for the weight they actually carry.
